My 3 essentials. Food, Brews, Beats. I love to cook. I love to eat. I love craft beer and other fine distilled spirits. Music? SO much love. Whether it be writing, playing, experiencing it live, or listening at home; there’s just never enough.
So, what can you expect to find here? There will be many recipes. Some will be entirely from scratch and some will not. There are no pretenses here. Life’s busy. Sometimes you need a shortcut or two.
I do not homebrew (not yet, at least), but I do know my stuff. The emphasis will be on craft brews and where you can get them, along with other assorted adult beverages. Life’s too short to not drink good bourbon.
I write (some) music, but play and listen to even more. I’m the lead singer/guitarist in a band called the Wilted Chilis. We play other people’s music, but we do it really well and have way too much fun doing it. I frequent live shows, well…frequently, so you’ll be hearing about all that too.
